📌 1. Introduction & Acceptance

Crickax (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operated through the crickax.click domain. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Crickax and its users.

• Users must keep their profile up to date whenever their personal information changes.

KYC Verification

To make a withdrawal on Crickax, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals above a specified limit will not be permitted until verification is complete.

Crickax's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
• Crickax may request age verification documents at any time.
• Providing false information about your age will result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Parents and guardians are urged to remain vigilant to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Crickax. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — this applies to in-play betting as well.
• Odds may change before a match begins. All bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• The minimum bet is ৳50 and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per bet. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over match results, the decision of Crickax management shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

• Arbitrage betting and bonus abuse are strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in match fixing or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Betting with multiple accounts is prohibited.

All deposits and withdrawals on Crickax are handled through a fully secure and automated process. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please wait up to 15 minutes.
• No additional charges for deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 BDT. VIP members are subject to separate limits.
• Turnover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Crickax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Turnover Calculation

• Welcome Bonus: 5x turnover requirement (you must wager 5 times the total of your bonus + deposit)
• Reload Bonus: 3x turnover
• Cashback Bonus: 1x Turnover
• Free Bet: 1x turnover on winnings

• Self-Exclusion: Fully close your account for 6 months or 1 year.

• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• For abusive behaviour toward the customer support team.

Upon completion of an investigation, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account may be eligible for withdrawal. Crickax reserves the right to freeze the balance while the investigation is ongoing.

• Service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance.
• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Account information leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, and similar circumstances.

🔄 12. Amendments & Enforceability

Crickax reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
